Beyoncé’s dance captain, Ashley Everett, and co-captain, Kimmie G, took us behind the scenes of the Formation Tour for an inside scoop on what it’s like to dance with the Queen Bey. The dancers revealed they rehearse a minimum of 12 hours a day. Wow.
And that’s why going to a Beyoncé show is unlike any other concert experience.
