SPECIFIC RULES FOR
A HUNNID A DAY WITH DJ A&G
In addition to the General Rules posted on the website for Station, which is owned and operated by the Company, the following Specific Rules apply to this Promotion. Please consult those General Rules in addition to these Specific Rules. All capitalized terms not defined in these Specific Rules will have the meanings established in the General Rules. In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between those General Rules and these Specific Rules, these Specific Rules shall control. The General Rules and these Specific Rules shall be collectively referred to as the “Official Rules”.
PROMOTION DESCRIPTION:
Station: WKYS-FM, which is owned and operated by Urban One, Inc. d/b/a Radio One Washington, DC
Promotion: A HUNNID A DAY WITH DJ A&G
Promotion Period: The Promotion begins on January 1, 2024, and ends on December 31, 2024, excluding weekends, holidays, and certain weekdays, as determined by the Station in its sole discretion.
Limitation on
Participation:
People may only win this Promotion once during the Promotion Period. People who have previously won a prize in another promotion of any kind from the any one of the following radio stations cannot win this Promotion until at least thirty (30) days after their previous win: WKYS-FM, WPRS-FM, WOL-AM or WYCB-AM.
Entry Method: The only way to enter this Promotion is by calling the Station per the instructions given out on the air. At approximately 12:00 PM ET on each day of the Promotion Period, the Station will announce on-air that the tenth (10th) caller to contact the Station at (202) 432-9597 will win the Promotion for that day.
Number of Entries Participants may call the Station as many times as they would like.
Entry Period: On each day of the Promotion Period, Entries must be made by calling the Station between the time the on-air solicitation is made until the 19th caller is selected.
Number of Winners: There will be one (1) Winner each day of the Promotion Period.
Winner Selection: The Winner will be the designated caller after the on-air solicitation.
Prize (ARV): $100 (ARV = $100.00).
Prize Provider: Alon Barzakay 2450 Hollywood Boulevard, Suite 500 Hollywood, FL 33020
The Winner agrees to look solely to applicable Prize Provider with respect to any claims, losses,
or disputes in connection the element of the Prize provided by such party. The Station is not
responsible for any failure of Prize Provider to deliver the Prize or any elements of the Prize.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Online listeners to streamed broadcasts may experience a lag in transmissions due to buffering limitations. Participants should not rely on streamed broadcasts to participate in the Promotion.
In order to receive the Prize, Winners must provide the following information (collectively, the “Winner Information”): (i) valid identification such as a state-issued driver’s license, passport or other government-issued I.D. containing the person’s name, date of birth, and photograph; (ii) with their name, address, phone number, and email address (iii) and a completed W9 form with Social Security Number. In order for the Winner Information to be valid, the information contained in the various elements of Winner Information must match, meaning identification documents must match the name given and information supplied on the W9. Winners who are unwilling or unable to provide valid Winner Information or any elements thereof will forfeit the Prize.
