The 24th Annual NBC4 Health & Fitness Expo is BACK for 2017 sponsored in part by 93.9 WKYS. Mark your calendars now for the East Coast’s largest two-day event devoted to your health. January 7 and 8, 2017, at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center: 801 Mt Vernon Place NW in Washington. Your favorite exhibitors and events will be back, as will your favorite 93.9 WKYS personalities, News4 anchors and reporters.

We’ll have our Healthy Cooking 4 You stage, our Dancing 4 You stage, the Zumba Zone and the Healthy Kids stage. Two great additions in recent years — the NBC4 DC Yoga Weekend and the Healthy Book Festival — also will be back!

New this year: The American Ninja Warrior Zone powered by Urban Evolution and sponsored by The Beef Checkoff. Admission is FREE and so are all events!
