Washington Football Team Coming Back To DC?
Discussions are underway to bring the Washington Washington Football Team back to its home in D.C.
Although the team bears D.C.’s name, the franchise moved its stadium to Maryland in 1997 and hasn’t had a presence in the District since then.
But The Washington Post reports that District officials are mounting the most serious effort in 15 years to lure the beloved football team back to its original home.
