93.9 WKYS wanted one of the area’s best and brightest stars to perform on the biggest stage of the year and “DMV Made” was born. Artists from the DMV submitted their music for a chance to be heard and perform at KYS Fest. Rapper Z Wayne was the big winner and you might be familiar with him because he was on our stage for the KYS Block party this past summer!
