I wonder when the police officer pulled Miguel over last month and smelled alcohol, if he had sung the singers song, How Many Drinks? I kid, I kid. Miguel’s legal troubles really aren’t a laughing matter, as earlier today he was officially charged with last month’s arrest.
Last month when Miguel was pulled over in 2am in the morning in LA, police officer’s smelled alcohol in the singer’s BMW. Miguel failed the sobriety test and the breathalyzer test. His blood level was .10 (California’s legal limit is .08).
According to TMZ, he was officially charged with 2 counts of Drunk Driving.
Miguel is due in court next week for a hearing.
