Well some lucky person out there has won and the winning ticket was bought in Maryland! Lottery officials are saying the ticket was purchased at a retail store in Baltimore County. There is no information on who the person is or if there were anymore winning tickets out there. So check them numbers to see if you are the one. The winning numbers were 02-04-23-38-46, and the Mega Ball 23.
