Before her passing, Whitney Houston‘s was going through intense vocal training to restore her voice. Her vocal coach Gary Catona said “she had no voice. Even her speaking voice was hoarse. And, she had no register, just air.” But Whitney worked hard and gained back a large percent of her god given gift.
While filming “Sparkle,” Whitney Houston and Jordin Sparks collaborated on “Celebrate,” a powerful mid-tempo ballad showcasing the ladies superior singing abilities.Sparks–who played Whitney’s daughter in the remake– performed Whitney’s “I Will Always Love You” at the Billboard Awards last night!
