Florida Man Fatally Shoots Young Man Over Loud Music
More painful news coming out of Florida Friday as a young black 17 year old male, Jordan Russell Davis was shot and killed over the weekend by 45 year old Michael Dunn.
Investigators have discovered this morning that the murder was committed after an altercation about loud music in a parking lot. Jordan Davis was listening to music loudly in a parking lot where Dunn and his girlfriend were. Dunn asked Davis to turn the music down and that began the argument that took Davis’ life.
Dunn, a gun collector, pulled out his weapon and fired 9 shots to the vehicle, fleeing the scene with his girlfriend. Dunn claims that he had no clue that the rounds had claimed a life.
Dunn’s Lawyer has notified authorities that Dunn will enter a “Not Guilty” plea claiming that he felt threatened.
