Although The Eagles were never really in the Super Bowl running, Philly will definitely be in New Orleans this weekend.
The Super Bowl is starting to sound more like a big concert, rather than a football game. Beyonce’ will perform at halftime, while Alicia Keys will hold down the National Anthem. Now you can add The Roots to the list of performers in the NOLA this weekend.
Rolling Stone magazine is hosting Jeep Heroes Tailgate party, and they have announced that The Roots will be the headlining band. The event will take place February 3rd, before the game. Not only will The Roots headline the tailgate, but drummer Questlove will DJ as well. This is all taking place at New Orleans’ Generation Hall.
This year’s Super Bowl is about to be the best from artists alone. I am definitely looking forward to the performances! Oh, and the game (lol).
