The DMV’s own Wale gave fans a two for one with the announcement of his upcoming album and the release of the video for “Bad” off his Folarin mixtape. The MMG rapper is gearing up for the release of his third album, The Gifted, which is scheduled to drop June 25th.
On the video front, “Bad” featuring B.O.A. songbird Tiara Thomas is a classic good girl gone bad story. Eddie Murphy’s daughter Bria Murphy plays the leading lady who catches Wale’s attention. Murphy’s “bad girl” character is living the crazy life in New York City, filled with late night partying, half-naked moments of reflection, subway rides, and s-x in a graffiti-filled club bathroom.
