Tamar Braxton pretty much took over Winter and Spring with ‘Love & War’, and now she is preparing to take over the Summer. Last night, the singer and reality show star, released her new single, The One. ‘The One’ samples Mtume’s “Juicy Fruit”, with Tamar singing over the words, “I reminisce the way we kissed, it felt so personal/You took the chance to get my love and now you know.”
Tamar shot the video for ‘The One’ in Santa Monica last month, and said the concept for the video is a “summer throwback”.
“It kinda gives you that feeling when you was in high school and you was with your boyfriend or your girlfriend and you go to the park and you hang out and you get all cutie, and it’s just funners.”
