Haaaaaaaan!
Before dropping his third studio album The Gifted, MMG’s Wale dropped his Folarin, a mixtape. The mixtape contained MANY bangas’, but one of the tracks that have made it past the “mixtape hype” was “Back 2 Ballin,”. The song features Excuse My French rapper, French Montana. Although the mixtape has been out for almost a year now, the two found time to make a video.
Unlike other music videos, Wale took a different approach with the song visual for this particular track. Instead of the “typical” music video, Wale made “Back 2 Ballin'” a video game. Yes, he and French are portrayed as video game characters, while two vixens put them against each other and the video games’ bad guys. The idea was a collaboration with Skull Candy and Funny Or Die.
