As Beyonce’s world tour whisks around the globe and Jay Z’s Legends tour with Justin Timberlake is filling up stadiums, you can imagine how hard it is for the BIGGEST couple in music to see one another. Well it seems like last night in Philly, Jay found a way to surprise his Bey!
