It looks like Queens Of The Stone Age’s lead-singer Josh Homme is not a fan of Sean Carter and his business acumen! During The Made in America Festival which featured everyone from Beyonce, Public Enemy, Kendrick Lamar and others. Homme was quite upset and took exception to his band being frisked by security before they hit the stage to perform in Philly. Josh Homme said,
“He has his security frisking the bands on the way in,” Homme said. “I just told them, ‘If you open up my bag, I’m not playing, so I guess it’s up to you whether we are playing or not.’ The idea they frisked all my guys, means you’re in some different place, no-one has ever done that [to me].”
Homme went on to blast Jay even more during a radio interview, where he called him a “kook” and cried foul when he found out that Jay gave them a bottle of champagne as a thank you gift, only to have them take a picture with said champagne. Homme needless to say destroyed that bottle of champagne! Damn, bro don’t go destroying a good bottle of the bubbly!
