Jay Z Takes The London Tube To O2 Arena
Jay Z claims to be a man of the people, so its no wonder the Brooklynite decided to take the London Tube to the O2 Arena for his Magna Carta Holy Grail tour.
Accompanied by his friend and homeboy Chris Martin (Coldplay) producer Timbaland and his trusted TyTy, Hov hopped on public transportation to his own show. But this isn’t a first for Jay Z, during his eight-night show at The Barclay center, Jay took the R-Train to his last show, where he chatted up an older woman named Ellen who didn’t know she was sitting next to Jay Z.
Taking the Tube is turing into somewhat of a thing, Rihanna was also spotted on the Tube during her 2011 tour. Hov probably doesn’t get to do these “normal” things as often as he would like, so why not?
