The song hit number 1 on the Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Billboard chart, peaked at #2 on the Hot 100 chart … and is so popular it has little girls running around singing “Surfboard”.. and “Drinkin’ Watermelon”. Just recently Kanye West jumped on the remix.. and his verse is flavored with XXX-tra saucy lyrics to add to the sensuality of the song.

Can you really hate on Kanye for taking it to the next level with his verse? He was just adding icing to the cake right? Honestly, today it is rarely ever questioned when you hear entertainers singing songs about sex and drinking… it is accepted and somewhat glorified. So can you just imagine what would happen if your favorite entertainers switched it up and glorified something Greater with their lyrics?
