Tupac Shakur’s Murder Examined in New ‘National Geographic’ Documentary
Many people claim that the 90’s was one of the best decades in Hip Hop culture. Great music was made and great loss was felt with the murders of both the Notorious BIG and Tupac Shakur. National Georgoraphics is examining the era to include Tupac’s murder in a new National Geographic documentary. A portion of the upcoming three-night six-hour documentary The 90’s: The Last Great Decade? delves into the circumstances surrounding his death and frustration with the unsolved case . The documentary includes commentary from Arsenio Hall and Gobi Rahimi, a director who was with Shakur the night of his death. The 90’s: The Last Great Decade?, covers the biggest events from the 90’s and airs from July 6 to July 8 at 9 p.m. EST. Click here to check out a snippet from the documentary.
