Page Six reports that Mellanie Monroe (who, they note, you may remember for her roles in films such as “Interracial MILF Orgy 3″) says she and the Bed-Stuy rapper were in the car when he began punching her, and that Maino subsequently fled the scene. She says she suffered leg pain after the altercation. Maino has yet to be charged or taken into custody
