Joey Bada$$ Comments On Malia Obama's Pro Era Photo

Although many people took notice when a photograph of Malia Obama wearing a Pro Era shirt surfaced on the net, Joey Bada$$ says he didn’t think anything of it at first.

“I pretty much woke up one morning and I look at my phone and I seen a whole bunch of my friends posting this picture of this girl in this Pro Era shirt,” he recently said on Bloomberg. “I was like, ‘What’s so special about this?’ I didn’t even know who she was.’”

“As I started reading the comments and the captions,” he continued, “I was like ‘Oh.’ Then I wasted no time. I reposted it myself.”
