TLC Raises $150k for New Album in Two Days
Just two days after launching their Kickstarter campaign to raise funds for their new album, TLC has exceeded their $150k goal. 1,491 supporters helped push the campaign to $158,000, and there are still 28 days to go before the campaign actually ends!
With sweet incentives like “fan mail forever,” a TLC voice message, and a TLC scrap book as awards at various levels of contribution, it’s no wonder fans embraced T-Boz and Chilli’s mission to crowd fund what will be their final album.
So far, the ladies have not determined a release date for the album, so we’ll have to stay tuned for updates as they head back into the studio.
