Never fret, August Alsina fans. He is back with some new music.
While the Testimony singer has been hitting the road with Usher and Chris Brown for their world tours over the past couple of months, he has not prevented himself from having new material for fans.
August dropped his brand new single “Hip-Hop” today, which is an deep ode to the genre title’s history. Incorporating Naughty By Nature’s “Hip Hop Hooray,” the R&B crooner digs deep into his somber past, while keeping things hopeful for the future.
August captioned a photo promoting the Knucklehead and Korner Keyz-produced single, “Now I celebrate my sorrows with this bottle and say … #HipHop 🙌”
