Najee Smith, Son Of LL Cool J, Has Been Arrested

Najee Smith, son of rapper LL Cool J, was arrested early Tuesday morning after an altercation at a New York restaurant in the Meatpacking District.

The fight ensued at hotspot Catch when Smith refused to leave the establishment and began going back and forth with security officers. According to authorities, the guards called the police, who came and arrested Smith on the scene.

Officials told CNN they believe Smith, 26, was intoxicated during the ordeal.

Smith was held in police custody, but as of now, it is unclear what charges he will face.
