Vice President of Food & Beverage Operations

Alison is responsible for the overall strategic direction of the resort’s Food and Beverage division, which includes a combination of high-volume and gourmet dining outlets, lounges, hotel sales, catering, banquets, the wine and beverage program, in-room dining, kitchen operations, and stewarding and uniform control.

Alison has been with MGM National Harbor for three months.
