Tameka “Tiny” Harris and T.I. welcomed a new baby this weekend!

The subtle announcement was made on social media via Facebook and Kandi Burruss’ Instagram account that showed her in the delivery room with her former Xscape member.

It was a huge surprise to everyone when Tameka “Tiny” Harris announced her pregnancy last December on Instagram during the holidays. The 40-year-old wife of the rapper shares six children with her husband. But nonetheless it was a huge surprise because no one knew they were trying or even thinking about more children.

On a sour note, T.I. wasn’t pleased about the news of his wife’s delivery hitting the internet, before making a formal statement.

“What really pisses me off is that I’m in South Carolina and my wife just had her baby in Georgia, which is really not something anybody could help and the fact that everybody gets to announce that ‘T.I. & Tiny’ welcomed their baby into the world’ except T.I. and Tiny,” the 35-year-old said on Facebook as reported by Bossip. “Couldn’t even wait until we properly announced it but #Lucky7 is here!”

Sadly, that’s what happens in the social media age.

Nonetheless, congrats to the happy family!
