Spending the holidays under one roof with your distant family members is always a recipe for drama and hilarious moments. And that’s exactly what will play out in the new film Almost Christmas which boasts an all-star cast.
The new comedy, written and directed by David E. Talbert (Baggage Claim), follows a dysfunctional family getting together for the first time since their mother died. Danny Glover plays the weary family patriarch who’s trying to keep everyone on one accord during the 5 days leading up to Christmas while his kids struggle to get along. The cast is rounded out by Kimberly Elise, Omar Epps, Romany Malco, , Nicole Ari Parker, J.B. Smoove, Gabrielle Union, Jessie Usher and DC Young Fly.
