Drake Unveils “OVO” Air Jordan 6 In Celebration Of His First No. 1 Song

Drake sure knows how to celebrate.
He’s been running the rap game since So Far Gone‘s release in 2009, and Drizzy’s finally got his first No. 1 as a lead artist on the Billboard Hot 100. The song that finally got him to the top is the dancehall-infused “One Dance” from his record breaking album VIEWS.
Drizzy celebrated this milestone with a new Jordan Brand collaboration. As expected, the Toronto-born rapper chose the Jordan 6 to get the OVO treatment. Per usual, Drake keeps things fairly simple with an all white upper save for a red Jumpman on the tongue. The devil is in the details as the lace lock reads “Views” and so does the icy white bottoms. The text is even in the same font as the album promo, which was designed by Comme Des Garcon’s Filip Pagowski. To keep the theme going, the OVO frontman has nicknamed them the “Hot 100s.” Rarely do Jordan lows get this this much hype, but leave it up to Drake to make something cool.
It’s unsure if these will see a general release, but if they do, expect them to sell out immediately.
