Two months before he takes office, Donald Trump has settled a serious fraud lawsuit for a whopping $25,000,000.

According to the Washington Post, the President-elect now doesn’t have to testify in the case about allegations that Trump University inflicted fraud on their students. The settlement also ends three other lawsuits, including two in California and one civil lawsuit filed by New York Attorney General Eric Schneiderman in 2013.

“Today’s $25 million settlement agreement is a stunning reversal by Donald Trump and a major victory for the over 6,000 victims of his fraudulent university,” Schneiderman said.

Schneiderman noted in court that the university–which has no accreditation–began with free seminars that were really a marketing ploy, and attendees were subjected to a “methodical, systematic series of misrepresentations” that were used to convince attendees to sign up for an additional three-day course that cost $1,495. It was also found that sales reps were pressured to up sell the seminars.

Ironically, Trump told MSNBC back in March that he doesn’t settle in courthe fights to win.

I don’t settle cases. You know what happens? When you start settling lawsuits, everybody sues you,” he bragged. “I don’t get sued because I don’t settle cases. I win in court.

Part of the lawsuit also includes a $1 million penalty to be paid to the state of New York for violating the state’s law that in order to call a school a “university” it  must offer degrees or traditional educationall of which Trump U does not.

To help high school students get a better grasp on which college they should go to and what college life looks like, BET has joined forces with Snapchat, Get Schooled and DJ Khaled.

According to Blavity, the thought behind the initiative was based on a study that found that one in five college students had never stepped foot on a college campus prior to attending school. So this initiative brings the campus to those who don’t can’t get there on their own and allows them to experience the college through the eyes of a current student thanks to BET’s Snapchat account. There are 20 schools involved, including University of Pennsylvania, Howard University, UCLA, University of Kansas and Spelman College.

DJ Khaled expressed his excitement to be able to use social media for such an important endeavor.

Snapchat removes barriers and gives young people a front row seat at life’s experiences, I am excited that I can advise college students on how to give the best Snapchat college tours so students can share college life with high school kids who are eager to know more about campuses when deciding where to apply,” he said  in a press release.

On Tuesday, five NFL players have traveled to Capitol Hill for meetings with a dozen of congressmen, including Speaker of the House Paul Ryan.

Detroit Lions Anquan Boldin, who was one of the five, told ESPN: “No. 1, you want to hear that they hear you,” Boldin told ESPN.com. “You want to make sure they understand the things that we, as an African-American community, are going through. I don’t think our community feels that way right now, especially when it comes to law enforcement and the way we’re being policed. Our neighborhoods are feeling hurt. No. 2, you want to see changes in policy, in terms of how we train our police officers.

He added: “And lastly, you want to see accountability — that justice will be served for all — to make sure that the relationship between the African-American community and police can be better. There’s work to be done on both sides because there’s a huge mistrust there. I want to help close that gap.

Boldin was joined by Philadelphia Eagles safety Malcolm Jenkins, Lions safety Glover Quin and quarterback Josh McCown and the Cleveland Browns wideout Andrew Hawkins.
