Police in Amarillo, Texas are responding to reports of an active shooter and a possible hostage situation in a Walmart store in the city.
Chicago Police Superintendent Eddie Johnson asked for a probe into the two officers shown in the disturbing video that took place on Chicago's West Side.
"Sometimes he would go over in the corner and sit and drink by himself, and other times he would get so drunk he was loud and belligerent," said Ty Smith, a frequent patron of the club.
