Our 3rd rock from the sun has been quite disastrous as of late, as different life taking situations have taken place on different magnitudes all across the globe. Yesterday, another devastating event took place, this time in China. A 6.6 Magnitude struck Sichuan, China claiming the lives of 189 People (Early Death Toll) and injuring more than 1,000.
“We lost everything in such a short time,” recalled a 20-year-old college student whose grandfather was crushed to death when their house crumbled. Witnesses recall seeing bodies on tops of mounds of rubble, and losing everything they had in their life in one fell swoop.
Such a devastating amount of damage has been done to the lives of those living in the area of the earthquake, we must continue to pray for our world.
