Yesterday, The Miseducation artist, Lauryn Hill, dodged a jail bullet. Hill attended court due to tax evasion for 2005 through 2007. The judge gave Hill two weeks to come up with almost a mill; if she dosen’t come up with the money, behind bars she goes. Now being that she was in court for money troubles, one would begin to fathom how she would collect the money to stay out of jail. Here is how…
Ms. Lauryn Hill has signed a million dollar contract deal with Sony. Hill’s attorney confirmed this as well.
Being that Lauryn Hill signed the million dollar deal with Sony, it looks like she may avoid going to prison. I for one am hoping that Lauryn gets IT ALL together. I am a big fan of her music, however, if she is going to drop another album soon…let’s make it a good one, and not one to just fight off going to jail.
