Earlier today, Kelly Rowland released the explosive and very open ‘Dirty Laundry’ off her Talk A Good Game album. Besides Rowland saying she was feeling some type of way when Beyonce‘ was winning and she was home, she also opened up about being abused by a boyfriend. The same boyfriend even had her turn against her sister, Bey.
Between going back to watch Destiny’s Child ‘Girl’ video and/or listening to the song, I’m sure everyone was wrecking their brain trying to figure out who the abusive boyfriend was. After doing a little research, we may have figured it out.
Kelly Rowland was engaged to football player, Roy Williams, but at the last minute she called off the wedding. After hearing Dirty Laundry, everyone assumed it was him. After the comments and messages on him on Twitter, Williams denied that it was him that put the paws on Kelly Rowland. Then, he took the heat off him by pretty much confirming that it was her ex Cuda, who was Nelly and Mase’s manager.
No official word on if this is the guy who abused Kelly Rowland.
