HUH? Arizona Black Man Charged with DUI Even After Testing 0.00 BAC on Breathalyzer [EXCLUSIVE]

Jesse Thornton, a retired Fire Fighter of Arizona was arrested and charged with DUI (Driving Under the Influence) after taking the breathalyzer test, and recording a whopping 0.000 Blood Alcohol Level. Thornton, 64, filed for $500,000 for emotional distress from the Surprise Police Department after the events.
Authorities claimed they could tell Thornton was drunk just by looking at him. “I take my glasses off and he says, ‘You’ve got bloodshot eyes,’” Thornton recounted. “I said, ‘I’ve been swimming at LA Fitness,’ and he says, ‘I think you’re DUI.’
He passed the Blood Alcohol Level test not showing any alcohol in his system however authorities still failed to believe that Thornton was sober forcing him to do a field sobriety test which he failed because of his ailing health as a senior citizen. Although there was clear proof that there was no alcohol in his system, police still arrested him and charged him with DUI.
Additional testing once in custody further proved Thornton’s innocence. “I’ve been stopped 10 times in Surprise, and given four tickets, it’s amazing. It was driving while black. I just don’t want any of this to happen to somebody else.”
