According to Beyonce may be releasing an album in November after recently adding a second set of tour dates for North America. A fan in Norway by the name of Olivia Krantz asked her when the next album was to come and Beyonce apparently told her November. This means an EXTRA concert in DC for all of our Queen Bey fans.
