The Metro Area is full of so much talent, it amazes me to be able to hear some of the great music I have heard from the 202/301/703. Right outside DC is an artist named Flex Kartel who I had to the privilege to sit down with twice and also had the chance to be a witness to the growth and progression of the young artist.
