Kanye was able to skip out on the charges, but that didn’t mean the photographer would cry another way.
It has been reported, that Kanye West will be sued by the photographer he attacked at LAX last month. The misdemeanor charges that he did receive for the incident, were all dismissed. Everyone kind of knew that Kanye would not have any charges pressed against him (You know celebrities win in court), but everyone also knew that the photographer would also try to sue, and that is what is taking place now.
The photographer of this entire debacle, Daniel Ramos, is now being represented by Gloria Allred, who held a news conference yesterday. During the conference, Allred stated that her client, will be suing Kanye for assault, battery, and interfering with the civil rights of Daneil Ramos. Ramos has told reporters, that because of Kanye’s actions, he was left to be on crutches for two weeks, and now walks with a cane.
Of course the amount is something crazy in the millions, but we will have to wait and see how it all unfolds. At least this does not come to a surprise to Kanye West, he knew that the lawsuit was coming sooner than later.
