Kanye West CHARGED With Criminal Battery And Attempted Grand Theft
Uh oh looks like legal trouble for Yeezy! According to TMZ, Kanye has been charged with Criminal Battery and Attempted Grand Theft stemming from the incident at LAX when he put the smack down on a photographer a few months ago.
After Kanye laid paws on the pap, the photographer filed a lawsuit and hired Gloria Allred, who has said the attack left her client badly injured.
In the event that Yeezus is convicted of both misdemeanors he faces a maximum of 1 year in jail.
He’ll be arraigned October 10th.
