Talk about doing it big?! Oprah does it again! Instead of giving out cars this time she is raising money for her girls in South Africa.
Oprah Winfrey was busy downsizing her estate, auctioning off some $600,000 worth of furniture, art and antiques at what was billed to be an epic yard sale, held Saturday in Santa Barbara.
Proceeds from the event, which reportedly took up three tents on the grounds of the Santa Barbara Polo and Racquet Club, benefited Winfrey’s Leadership Academy for Girls in South Africa, a cause that seemed to have upped the ante for auction attendees.
Is there anything more she can do?
