If you’re a Drumline Stan like me, you have been dreaming about a possible sequel for just about 12 years now. We had been hearing rumors that it is a possibility, but no confirmations until yesterday. Nick Cannon was a guest on MTV’s Charlamagne and Friends and dropped the news about the sequel as well as his plans to grow the brand into a Television show.
“They’re probably going to get mad at me but I can announce it now. It’s officially happening,” said Cannon. ”My whole goal is to do the Drumline TV show so this movie then goes into the storyline to what the TV show is about,” he continued.
