Rihanna To CBS: ‘F**k You’ For Cancelling Performance

Most people agreed it was a good call for CBS to cancel Rihanna’s performance of “Run This Town” at the season opening game between the Pittsburgh Steelers and Baltimore Ravens. It seemed a little tone deaf for a league under scrutiny for downplaying domestic violence to open the season with a performance by a high-profile domestic violence victim –a game where one of the teams was that of Ray Rice, who’s currently under fire for acts of domestic violence.
Well, Rihanna doesn’t seem to think the cancellation was necessary. In a tweet sent from her account Tuesday morning, the pop singer sent a big “f**k you” to CBS.
“CBS you pulled my song last week, now you wanna slide it back in this Thursday? NO, Fuck you! Y’all are sad for penalizing me for this,” she wrote.
