Ingredients
  1. 10 ounces jumbo lump crabmeat
  2. 8 ounces crab claw meat
  3. ½ cup mayonnaise
  4. ¼ cup finely chopped red onion
  5. ¼ cup finely chopped celery
  6. ¼ cup finely chopped red bell pepper
  7. ¼ cup finely chopped parsley
  8. ¼ cup Creole mustard
  9. ¼ teaspoon salt
  10. ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
  11. 1 large egg, lightly beaten
  12. 1 cup bread crumbs, divided
  13. Vegetable oil, for frying
