The organizers of Brooklyn’s annual Afropunk Festival have announced the lineup for this year’s festivities, and it’s looking quite legendary.
Lenny Kravitz, Lauryn Hill, and the iconic Grace Jones are scheduled to headline this year’s festival. New artists like Raury, Lion Babe, and Kaytranada are also scheduled to go hard for Brooklyn later on this summer.
Unlike previous years, the once free music festival will now charge festival-goers an “affordable” price for tickets. All the action is scheduled to go down August 22-23 at Brooklyn’s Commodore Barry Park.
