English actor and film producer Benedict Cumberbatch and his wife Sophie Hunter have welcomed their first child!

According to Hollywood Reporter:

“Benedict Cumberbatch and Sophie Hunter are delighted to announce the arrival of their beautiful son,” the actor’s representative reportedly told People in a statement.

Benedict’s rep added that the happy couple would like everyone to respect their privacy during this special time. He and Sophie tied the knot this past Valentine’s Day on the Isle of Wight in England and gave birth to their son following their “I Do’s.”
