Balmain. Balmain. Balmain. Thanks to the talented (and social media savvy) Olivier Rousteing, this fashion house in on everyone’s brain. The Balmain army consists of supermodels like Naomi Campbell and Cindy Crawford as well as new models like Kendall Jenner and the support of pretty much the entire Kardashian Family. Hell, even Beyoncé loves the brand.

So it’s no surprise that Nike wants a bit of that Balmain touch. The brand continues to increase its diversity numbers and tapped French fashion designer, Olivier Rousteing, who is known for tailoring formfitting silhouettes, to collaborate and create NikeLab x Olivier Rousteing: Football Nouveau collection.

This partnership is perfect as Olivier has a deep love of football, dating back to childhood.

“Fashion is usually about the catwalk and the glamour, but with Nike it was about performance and the athletes,” Rousteing gushes. “What I love about this collection is that we are integrating the iconic style of football into sport style.”

The six-piece collection includes four pairs of shoes, including a re-engineered football boot for everyday wear as well as a jacket and top. The collection is in black and gold, resembling that luxuriousness that is Olivier Rousteing.

Items from the NikeLab x Olivier Rousteing: Football Nouveau collection will be available beginning on June 2nd, 2016 at www.nike.com/nikelab and select NikeLab stores.
