Carmelo Anthony Celebrates His 32nd Birthday In Serious NYC Style
Carmelo Anthony turned 32 years old over the weekend and celebrated like a true New Yorker should: with the Empire State as his playground.
Before the turn-up began on Saturday, restaurateur Maggio Cipriani hosted a private dinner for the New York Knicks star, his wife, La La Anthony, and a bunch of the couple’s friends. Later that evening, the group hit up NYC club Provocateur to really get the party started.
La La and Haute Living CEO Kamal Hotchandani teamed up with Provocateur owners Michael Satsky and Brian Gefter to line the walls of the nightclub with childhood photos of the NBA star.
And what’s a good birthday without a serenade from one of your favorite musicians ever? Singer Maxwell surprised Anthony with a special rendition of “Happy Birthday.”
La La even shared a video of her husband enjoying the festivities.
