Ice Cube has recently announced that he will be starting a 3-on-3 basketball tournament for retired NBA players.

Not only will the players be playing but coaching as well.  Ice Cube has already received commitments from some players.  “I thought of this concept as a fan who got sick of seeing his heroes retire and not play anymore,” Ice Cube told The Vertical.

The league will consist of eight teams that will begin to travel at the end of June 2017.
