An Amtrak train struck and killed two people who were on an ATV 4-wheeler Sunday night in Baltimore County, according to police.
The crash happened at approximately 8 p.m. when a train traveling southbound hit an ATV that was “obstructing the tracks,” Amtrak officials said.
