Jay-Z is dropping his new album Magna Carta Holy Grail July 4th. Earlier today Jay-Z shared #newrules with us. These new rules including Wale being up next week, Kanye West & Magna Carta Holy Grail already going platinum. Galaxy owners are fortunate to be able to download the album a few days before its release. This album has producers like Swizz Beats, Timbaland, Pharrell and some help from Rick Reuben.
