The Arsenio Hall Show Returning to Television This Fall
From The Sound Live:
Great news coming from Arsenio Hall this morning as his camp announced that he will be returning to late night TV this fall on Tribune and various syndicated CBS Television Stations. Hall was last on air in 1994 and had one of the hottest talk shows of that time.
“It can drive people from the computer to the TV screen,” he said of social media’s impact on the industry. “But it’s not necessarily essential. [Jay] Leno isn’t really into it, and yet he’s No. 1.” Hall also said, “I’m excited to jump back into it. When you write a joke and you’re able to use Google, I can’t wait to write jokes and do comedy and prepare interviews in this digital world.”
John Ferriter, Producer and Friend, says that he has been pushing the Television Veteran and helping him to plan out his show, hoping that it will be a smash hit.
