Your Week Ahead: Sometimes, you have to run as fast as you can just to stay in the same place. And sometimes you don’t. You just think you do. You just get used to struggling. Watch for that this week. One minute you’ll find yourself wrestling with some exhausting, expensive, exercise. The next, you’ll find things have somehow, sorted themselves out. All is calm, clear and comfortable once more. Or at least, that’s what you’ll find if you look. If you don’t look, and just assume you’ve still got trouble, trouble is what you will keep having!

Your Week Ahead – Love Focus: We cannot compare you to the person at the end of a diving board. For you have jumped. Nor can we liken you to someone who has landed in the water. For there has, as yet, been no big splash. And is it fair to suggest that you are frozen in mid-air between the board and the pool? Perhaps you should remember that at times of intensity, perception of time slows down. Seconds seem like minutes, minutes seem like hours. Plenty is happening. It may not be happening as fast as you would like, but it can hardly happen any faster.
